Connecticut Taekwondo Academy ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or sign up for a class, including through our website, Facebook, or Instagram, and how we use it.

Information we collect
When you request a free trial class or contact us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, your child's age range, and any other details you choose to share with us. If you sign up through a form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta shares the information you submit in that form with us. Meta's handling of your data is covered by Meta's Privacy Policy.

How we use your information
We use your information only to contact you to schedule your trial class, answer your questions about our programs, and send you information about classes, schedules, and events at our school. You can opt out at any time.

What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with other businesses for their marketing. We may share information only with service providers that help us run our school (for example, scheduling or email tools), and only as needed, or if required by law.

Children's information
Our classes serve children, but we collect information from parents and guardians, not directly from children. We only ask for a child's age to place them in the right class.

How long we keep your information
We keep your contact information as long as needed to respond to you and provide our services. If you don't enroll, we will delete your information on request.

Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you, or to stop contacting you. Call us at (203) 252-4939 or visit us at 579 Pacific St, Stamford, CT 06902.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
